Privacy policy.

When you use the forms on this site we collect what you type: your name, email address, company name if you give it, and any message. When you book a call, Google Calendar collects your name, email and the time you choose. When you call (231) 287-5191, our phone provider records the number you call from. Like most sites, we also collect basic usage data through Google Analytics, described below.

We use your details to reply to you, to send the free playbook you asked for, to follow up about working together, and to prepare for any call you book. We do not sell your information, rent it, or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

Your information is stored in our Google Workspace account (Gmail, Google Sheets and Google Calendar), which processes it on our behalf. The two principals of MurraySwift & Associates can see it. We share it with no one else unless the law requires it. Google’s handling of the data is covered by its own privacy policy at policies.google.com/privacy.

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages are read and which buttons are used, for example how many people click Book or Call. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address, browser and device details, and the pages you visit. We do not use it to identify you personally and we do not run advertising on this data. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. The free-playbook pop-up remembers in your browser that it has already been shown, so you do not see it twice.

We keep enquiry and booking details for as long as we are talking with you, and for up to three years afterwards as a record of the conversation, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by emailing discovery@murray-swift.com. We will do it within 30 days. If you live in a state or country with its own privacy rights, such as California, we will honor those rights on the same request.

This site is meant for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.
